When did buying and selling property become a life and death decision? Who employs a realtor for the purpose of advice and guidance? I'd equate that with going to the courthouse to get advice on whether or not to get married or counseling on whom to marry. You go to the courthouse for a stamp and a signature.
It's like the family attorney, two-thirds of the time I contact him its not for legal advice. Its cause something requires a stamp and a signature.

Dude, some of the best agents I know are old and I wouldn't frick them with your dick while there are some very fine agents that don't sell shite.
