At one time, Converse La. had a nice little park and boat ramp on Toledo Bend. Locals (not visitors) starting dumping over the trash and shitting all over the floor and walls of the bathrooms. It got so bad that the SRA bulldozed everything down. Now, it is a boat launch with a couple of picnic tables (and people still leave their f'in beer cans and bottles on the ground even though there are trash cans).
