You sound like a guy who doesn't have kids.

We are designed to create life. That's a divine purpose. The monetary system is a man-made creation which ultimately is intended to benefit them and not /ourguys/.

Family is the only thing that matters - rich or poor.

It's funny...

The MAs (medical assistants) who work in my office are always talking about how poor they are. They all make around $10/hr. Yesterday at lunch I hear them talking about how they can't wait til black Friday because they each want a new TV.

There is a reason most poor people stay poor, and it has nothing to do with the evil rich man hogging all the money for himself.

So every poor person is uneducated. There are no educated people who are poor. And, every person who ends up poor did so because they made a bad decision. Oh, all uneducated people make poor decisions.

No educated person has ever had financial issues because of circumstances out of their control. No uneducated person has ever made a good decision.

Prejuidice is born out of ignorance and over generalizations. .

Poor people are poor because they aren't that intelligent. They aren't doing a cost benefit analysis when deciding whether to have another kid.

fricking is free and feels good.

Plus, there is no disincentive. Each fricking spawn = more $$$ from Uncle Sugar.

Yeah, this really isn't true. Many "poor" people choose a lifestyle and aren't resource rich as a choice.

However the poor we usually think of are usually victims of their own inability to think long term and have no concept of delayed gratification. they'll buy phones, rims, tvs and send money on entertainment long before they'll save or put money into something like rent, or education to further themselves.

Putting off consequences of their actions usually leads to things like having kids out of wedlock, evictions, jail time.

knowing poor people, I found out the real answer.
Most poor people only live in the day.
Only thing that matters is getting through the day. Tomorrow isn't here so why worry about it. Future problems you deal with when they come.

Sex with no condom?
Oh well at least 270 days until it could be a problem.

Can only afford weed if I'm late on the rent?
Oh well landlord has to threaten to evict before they can evict, I have seven more days to pay.

Write a worthless check?
At least two weeks before it catches them.

It's crazy. But people with no goals, hopes or dreams will never attempt present changes to affect the future.

All three examples came from one guy I know. Three kids in three years. moo job, car or place to live. Lives in a tool shed in a friends yard.

I paid him $300 to help me with a job(so he could get kids school stuff).
Next day kids had no school stuff and he was drunk and loaded.

Why worry about tomorrow?
Today I have a pocket full of money.

Seriously, man. When poor people are sitting around talking about how poor they are, how come nobody ever says, "You know, I should probably stop getting pregnant."

Because the system rewards them for having more children, when it should be rewarding them for not having any children.
