Why do people take so long to order fast food?

I’m at Burger King and the people in front of me are taking like 15 minutes to make their order. This happens pretty much every time I go to Burger King.

Thank you. Jesus, there's nothing worse than sitting in line behind some land whale who can't get their shite together. It's Burger King. You fricking know the menu. Don't stand there slack jawed for seven minutes. Have a plan, order and proceed.
