This is one of the more stupid things written on this board in a while. In the first 30 seconds an enraged chimp would tear your penis from your body and blind you. After that it would get worse.

I disagree with everyone. Almost anything with eyeballs can be defeated in a fight. Will it be pretty? Do you want to sacrifice what it will take to “win”? No, but my qualifications for a chance at victory are 1. Does it have eyes? 2. Can a person’s arms fit around it’s throat?
The only way for a human to kill these things without tools is choking/slamming(for KO). And the only way to stun something that’s a killing machine (I feel), is to get you an eyeball. If “you” can’t, then no, it’s not possible.

I'm glad my comment on that thread spawned this one. I stand by my statement. an adult chimp would seriously destroy any single human it came into contact with in hand to hand combat with no weapons.

And again, I’m not saying I’d want to fight a chimp, I agree with what’s been said about them, the fact that they fight very similar to a human (for survival, not street/pro fighting) imho, greatly reduces a human’s chances, because they also have power and speed advantage. Monkeys/apes/etc are not my first choice when walking into the zoo with my shirt off, I tell you that.

The choking aspect is correct, but instead of the eyes, in human vs chimp, the height disparity and the length of the human leg would be the biggest advantage.

Yes I've been arguing that since the beginning. I never said we could beat a gorilla or that an average Joe could even beat a chimp. But a trained fighter, especially DC would absolutely beat a chimp. He is stronger bigger and outweighs him by over 100 pounds

Do I think he could frick up your average Joe in a street fight? Absolutely
Do I think he could frick up a chimp who believes it is fighting for its life? Maybe a couple times out of a hundred

While you're sizing up the chimp wondering which way he'll go and what angle you can grab him and etc etc etc he's charging you full stop with the sole intention of hooking your nose right off your face and biting your arm through the bone.
You can't apply MMA-style reasoning and deduction (or even skill for that matter) to a wild animal. They don't have a gameplan. One that's anywhere near your equal in strength is going to kill you five times before you hit the ground. And they literally wouldn't think twice about it.
Humans didn't take over the world by punching everything into submission.
