thank you! Honestly a chimp might frick me up. Hell I'll admit that it most likely fricks me up. But not Daniel cormier
If I was forced to have a fight to the death between a chimp or Cormier, I easily pick the chimp

I 100% have zero chance against Cormier. The chimp I am at least bigger than and roughly of similar strength, and far smarter.

yep the same people who keep saying i have no idea how tough a chimp is have obviously never seen DC . Btw what do you think about the people who say a human couldn't win the fight even with a metal baseball bat

Same thing I have said since the beginning, the physical capability of humans is grossly underrated

The only two people ITT who think the chimp loses responding to each other and upvoting their posts.

Cute.

You have basically no chance vs either. Chimps have a far higher percentage of fast twitch muscle than humans.

Cormier would out technique you and choke you to death. The chimp would rip you up until you bled out.

The low end of a chimp's vertical jump is 30 inches, and they are not an animal that uses their legs to jump regularly. Tons of fast twitch muscle plus 4 arms and sharp teeth...humans can't match that. We're slightly bigger and some people in this thread are smarter, but that's it.

I don't care how good your game plan is. That chimp goes ape**** on you and that game plan doesn't mean much.

Is this just another version of the knuckle checking thread?

Sure

But going against a 250lb trained human is far worse odds for me than a 100-120 lb chimp

The part you two don't want to acknowledge here is that the chimp would take a MMA kick to the face and keep coming without being phased. Once it got a hold of you, the bites and genitalia removal would mean the fight was over then and there. Find any man of any size who can win a hand to hand fight to the death after seeing his dick and balls flung to the other side of the ring, and you might have a chance.

Meh... Rabbits have teeth too.

And sometimes the rabbit gets lucky.

To the death, I want to fight in the smallest area possible. Remove the cardio factor and use mass to my advantage.

Basically shove him against a low surface and do as much damage as physically possible in the 30 seconds or so before I gas out and get knocked out. Break the tops of his feet. Grab inside of his hip sockets and yank. Hit him in the throat. Go for the eyes. If I can land a clean forearm/elbow to his liver, it's on.

999x out of 1000 he's gonna kill me.

But all you need is for one thing to go right

and there we have it! This might be the dumbest thing in this entire thread and the problem with your entire logic. This isnt a fricking grizzly bear! He would get stunned or concussed from a kick and would probably tuck tail and run after a DC kick

Oh no, that was done a LONG time ago in this thread. I'll let you guess which post.

I have a blue heeler that can take a full hind leg kick from a horse in the face and never break stride, she thinks it’s fun

Are you trolling or you really believe this? Its an animal, it feels pain. If Jon Bones Jones lands a clean roundhouse to the jaw this fight is over instantly against a 150 lb animal, with the possibility of instant death. Muh skull thickness doesn't matter when its brain bounces off the inside of said skull in a brutal concussion.

Even if this were true, do you understand the odds of actually landing said kick "on the button" against an animal that could juke better than Barry Sanders, jump higher than Spud Webb, and break anyone's arm in an arm wrestle? The likelihood of landing any meaningful strikes on an animal that is faster than you with its head 4-6 inches from the floor is like getting struck by lighting while a shark is biting you.

where did it learn this? Chimps dont instinctively know how to dodge a punch or kick they're a while animal they are going to run straight in with no thought of getting kicked in the face.

Yes, low probability of a clean kick landing. Just asking if you really believed what you wrote.

Uhhh dude you can go watch videos of them fighting each other. They do avoid tons of hammer fist blows from other chimps in a fight, constantly.

Yes. That animal can take anything a human arm or leg can throw at it and keep coming. John Jones is the best fighter on the planet and his kicks to the head might put a guy's lights out for 2-3 seconds but they get up most of the time. A chimp head can easily take 3-4 times that amount of force. Watch them fight each other. It is insane the damage they dish out and take while continuing to fight. Humans cannot compare in that category at all.

Fighters in his weight class, actively anticipating and bracing for the blow, receiving smelling salts afterward, and medical attention, and its more like a full minute before they stand after a clean head kick lands. If you believe a 150 lb animal could stand there and take a Jon Jones kick straight to the head and not feel it I don't know what else to say. They aren't mythical beings, its science. A blow like that is causing a KO. Jon Jones can create more force with a roundhouse than a chimpanzee can muster with a hammer fist, because of the length of limb and technique, and his weight advantage. You're bringing the fighter down to a normal mans level.
