Why Do People Downvote Post By Female Posters?

I think I asked this before, but I just noticed it again and just wondering why.
It was a post by nurse. Her post was just a statement, nothing that was worth downvoting yet she had about 6 downvotes..But I have noticed this with other female posters as well.
Do female posters intimidate some of you?

I hate to ask this cuz I know I'm going to get crushed by the posters, how do you even find out where the downvotes are? I'm not 100% I have it figured out. Is it on their profile?

In all seriousness, there's a reason why a good 99.999% of women refuse to post on this sausage fest of a board and it's because y'all can't keep it in your pants and stop acting creepy and that does a good job of running them off this board.
