Why do people buy bread before storms?
It makes no sense to me. Are you really going to eat that many sandwiches?

I'd think it would grow mold and mildew fairly quickly.

What’re you going to dip in your milk if you don’t have bread?

If the power is out, you don’t have a lot of options.

What else is your wife supposed to do to take her mind off the storm? Seems like a prime opportunity to lock in those Sammich making skills.

Bread run during storms is real, but, the people making those bread runs don't frick with wheat bread apparently from my recent research.

Charcoal grill/smoker
Charcoal smoker
Electric smoker (probably won't do much good)
Propane flat grill

None of those do much good in the rain though.
