I shave my head each time I have a brain surgery. It's kinda necessary.

I would say that men who do it because they are going bald are just embracing being bald. They don't want the hair on the back and sides of their head with none on the top.

Don't shave mine, but use clippers and get almost to skin. Started doing it 15 years ago. Looked good on me, never worry about hair cut.
Now... hairline is receded, so.. still doing it.
Works for me!

My hair "fros" out if it gets to long. It's easier to maintain...
