Man, it seems like people go nuts when it comes to their kids. Someone was showing me someone who bought their 6 year old one of those rangers that cost like $5000 for Christmas for one of the kid's gifts. The kid was also riding one of those hover boards you can sit on..

Then by the time their grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc give them gifts, those fricks expect to get all kind of shite.

What's the deal?

Just because no one likes you doesn’t mean that no one likes anyone else.

Why don’t you worry about your own Scroogey self and let the rest of us worry about ours.

I hope your helper monkey chews off your fingers for Christmas.

My niece took 2 hours opening gifts today. Of course part of that is she got an LOL Dollhouse and EVERYTHING is individually wrapped. Another part is that because she’s 4 my sister wrapped a lot of her stuff separately. We won’t be doing that again. At one point she announced she was bored opening presents and was going to play with her LOL Dollhouse.

FYI: it must at all times be referred to as an LOL Dollhouse. Simply calling it a Dollhouse will earn you a very stern correction.

I don’t know but for us, it’s not us. It’s the extended family.

Last year we got my son 3 presents ($50 total) and Santa brought one ($100 LEGO set).

He finished with 42 total presents for Christmas.

Everyone bought him something. Some gave multiple gifts. My mother is isane when it comes to Christmas presents.

They’re going to be the spoiled generation. I guarantee it.

My daughter who is 2, had a lot of gifts but I wouldn’t say anything extraordinary.

She’s played with everything she’s been given today.

We did/do this. Now having said that it was usually really nice gifts that they usually ended up playing with the cardboard box that they came in.

Now they get money and two smaller gifts.
