Unless you're 5'6 or below or 5'10+, I don't think height plays into her decision as much as people think it does. Confidence is more of an issue in shorter guys than tall guys. That's where the difference is. Not height

There was a time when I was doing some online dating and I was very surprised how important height was to the ladies. Most of them wanted at least 5'10" and a lot wanted at least 6' tall. I was glad I am 6'1" and remember thinking how much it would suck to be short...

I don't think women avoid shorter guys, I think they avoid shorter guys with a Napoleon complex. Some shorter folks walk around with a chip on their shoulder and some overcompensate for their stature by being way overcompetitive. These are usually the same turds on this board that are constantly calling themselves " Alpha". The same turds who constantly brag about working out- the same turds that ask for advise on the best watch to buy for 5K- The same turds who comment on another guys cargo shorts ( those are so last year) - These aholes are always trying so hard to be a man, and failing miserably.

That's online where they treat dating like it's amazon. Meet one in the wild and it doesn't matter (within reason) as long as you have skills.
