Why does Smoke and Go sell 16 oz beers if you can’t drink them after you leave?

Why do we have drive through daiquiri shops?

Why does Spahrs and Franks make a fortune on Bloody Mary’s “to go”??

As soon as I hit gravel headed to the camp, I stop and get one out the ice chest. When we go to the beer joint and ice some down, it’s 5 minutes or 5 miles, whichever one comes first.

Why can gas stations and head shops sell drug paraphernalia legally but you get ticketed or arrested if caught with it when pulled over

Because gas stations are not charged with the responsibility of enforcing traffic laws.

It’s not drug paraphernalia until you use drugs with it. You can’t get a ticket for an unused bong

You can if there’s drugs in the vehicle

Just like you can get charged for unused syringes as paraphernalia if drugs and a spoon are in the vehicle.

“Not allowed” doesn’t mean people aren’t doing it.

Drinking and driving, no. Drinking when stopped, will that's something else.

There was a gas station near my old office back in the day that sold Miller Lite tall boys for .79 a piece or a six pack for 4.99. It was a quarter cheaper to buy the loosies

Gas stations used to have a bottle opener by the register so you could open your beer for the drive home.

People were cooler back then. Sorry; it’s true.

Most do.

I can only find Stone Arrogant Bastard in bombers at the store.
