I used to work with a black girl who kept her house on 78 minimum.

We ate lunch together a lot but could never sit outside because I wanted to sit outside when it was 75 or less and she only wanted to sit outside when it was like 90 or above.

It's ridiculous. She had a space heater for an office that was 75 degrees.

Nothing like having a nice squat with the boys while rocking a fresh track suit

It is definitely a younger generation thing. I’m a high school teacher and the kids wear their hoodies year round. My favorite is when they complain that it is hot in the classroom and ask for me to turn down the AC. I laugh at them and continue on with my lesson.

There's a bus stop (K-12 students) down the street, late October/early November when the weather changes, the students start wearing school issued sweatshirts.

Every year, I tell my wife that those students will still be wearing those sweatshirts in April & May.

Sometimes it's idiots who think it will help them "lose weight".

I'm not talking about ppl cutting water weight for a fight, or a bodybuilding contest. Just regular arse ppl. They don't understand it's just water weight.

Well this younger generation is spending less and less time outside so that would make sense.

The middle school kids where I’m at wear shorts and shirts during the winter, and pants and hoodies during the summer

It’s quite the phenomenon

Same for me in middle school, multiple times a day. Some kids get visibly angry when I won’t turn the air down, but they refuse to take off that hoodie.

Me and my wife rode down the coast to Biloxi last weekend. There was a black lady on the beach she had to go at least 400 lbs in a two piece gold bikini with a red( fire red) wig that almost went to her knees. ... barf

my friends sister had a boyfriend that came to a family crawfish boil in june wearing jeans and a black hoodie. we ridiculed him mercilessly for it. sweat was just beading off this kids head. we offered him money to take the thing off and he wouldn't. allegedly it was some kind of security blanket type thing for him.

Sounds trashy.

I wear a hoodie in daylight to protect myself from the sun, I'll burst into flames if not careful.
