Miss it so much. Got only one and he is 13. Love him to death, but that 1-5 year old timeframe was just so special

You’re only getting started. That smile is just the tip of the iceberg. For example, my son drove home to visit from Auburn today. He’s here for the weekend. Knowing I have both my children under my roof again has me on cloud nine. Treasure every moment. Don’t take a single one for granted. There will come a day when you’ll be like me and just happy they’ve come home to visit for the weekend.

The best news is in a few decades when you have a grandkid you’ll feel the same way again and it will make up for some tough times you’ll go through with your kid as a teenager growing up.
