Why would the mob want him dead?

I figured the cia and the industrial part of the military-industrial complex would want him killed

Kennedy may have passed at a young age had he not been treated for Addison's disease

Never understood how his autopsy results have remained such a mystery, and why it wasn't done in Dallas. Lends to all the conspiracy theories for sure.

I certainly don't.

I meant what I said in good taste. I am fascinated by this stuff too, I just am a naturally "occams razor" kind of guy.

I WANT TO BELIEVE THOUGH. Convince me!

Oswald was a hired stooge to do the hit and Jack Rubenstein silenced him.

JFK was taken out because of his opposition to the federal reserve

Agree 100%. If you watch the video it's obvious the shot hit Kennedy on the right front side of the head and exited through the left rear. At the time of impact, Oswald was directly behind the vehicle which would make the angle impossible to cause that wound.

Corsican assassins took the shot...Oswald put one in the building,

One killed the cop...

Oswald knew he was being set up, he told his New Orleans girlfriend the night before...

My frequent references to the razor in my post should suggest that I am, too. I also believe in coincidences - coincidences happen all the time - but I just don't trust them.

I don't want to believe the government or elements of the government did it - but I'm not blind, either.

I can't. I don't know. I agree with you the exploration of the facts of this particular historical event is extremely intriguing.

He was a mediocre marksman at best.

I've said it before. Only a world class sniper could made those shots on a moving target from that distance.

They (LCN, mainly, and Traficante, specifically, -Cuban organized crime activities fell under Tampa's jurisdiction) felt betrayed that the U.S. government lost Cuba to the commies, then turned on them when JFK got elected and made Bobby AG.

I'm not saying they did it, but they definitely had a motive. They were also disappointed in JFK's extremely tepid support for the Cuban exiles at the Bay of Pigs - essentially as this was an Ike-authorized, CIA counterrevolutionary operation that continued the partnership of U.S intelligence and LCN, along with their Sicilian and Italian associates that began, in earnest, during WWII.

I think the best evidence is he royally screwed up a much easier shot with the same weapon on General Walker.

I have one question that you can take either way. Oswald had ties to shady characters all over, ties to Russia, and ties to Cuban issues. All with reasons to not want JFK around.

But for Oswald personally if he was the lone assassin. What would he gain personally from doing it. That's the question I have.

So as a conspiracy believer I'm sure he was promised refuge, money, and power.
As a lone gunman, what is there to gain? You have got to imagine you would be caught.

As I've posted before in these JFK as a sin at ion threads, one of my HS class mate's father was on Garrison's staff in his investigation. He told me that they were on to something with the whole Oswald, Ferrie, Clay Shaw, Guy Bannister, Dean Andrews relationships, but they were stonewalled, criticized, etc to try to continue. He said that there were too many coincidences in that whole investigation for there not to be some kind of conspiracy.

Uh - there is some doubt.

People doubt: 1) that there was a moon landing; 2) that humans are causing global warming; 3) that the earth is round; 3) and Elvis is dead; 4) that Oswald acted alone; 5) that dinosaurs roamed the earth; and, 6) that speciation is caused natural selection, among many other generally accepted facts. Their brains cannot accept elegant, reasonable and logical explanations for things and they latch onto every conceivable kooky or semi-plausible explanation the way demented people embellish floaters into talking bumblebees.

The existence of doubt in the minds of such people doesn't make that doubt reasonable.

LHO shot Kennedy and he was the only one to do so

That he did not act alone, to say that there were people and motives behind him is 100% reasonable

Lived in the Soviet Union, the woman who said she had a meeting with he, oschner and others was hacked apart and her home lit on fire. He went to the Cuban embassy in Mexico trying to enter Cuba not long before the assassination

It's entirely plausible he was just a nut, but it's entirely plausible he killed Kennedy on behalf of someone or some group of people.
