All the conspiracy theorists gloss right over this post, but it's the most important one:
Had Oswalds transfer not been delayed, Ruby wouldn't have been there in time to shoot him. Does someone acting on orders to silence and assassin stop off to wire money to a stripper? There is no rational way to push that aside...

I am really surprised that we are 6 pages in, and no one has brought up the fact that JFK had planned to ride in the hardtop that day. Except, after much discussion, Lyndon B Johnson convinced him to ride in the convertible.

Ruby killed Oswald to shut him up. The mafia was behind Oswald shooting JFK. This was because Robert Kennedy declared war on the mafia not long after the mafia and their union/teamster influence helped get JFK elected. This pissed the mafia off as a whole. Then RFK deports Carlos Marcello by force and pushes him out of an airplane with a parachute in the jungles of Guatamala (his official bogus birth certificate was from there even though he was actually Sicilian) The mafia (mainly Carlos Marcello) had Ruby kill Oswald to shut him up about any connection to the mafia. Marcello knew Ruby had access to the Dallas Police Dept. Ruby ran the Caroussel Club in Dallas (mob owned by Marcello). They knew Ruby was a nut case and would be the perfect simpleton to carry out the plot and stay vague about his role. Read the book - Mafia Kingfish. It details everything.
Also check out the Discovery Channel for an episode about the JFK assassination. They have a show called The Smoking Gun that offers a compelling new groundbreaking theory about the JFK assassination that makes you reexamine the entire plot from a different perspective.
I believe the Mafia angle for sure. I think the whole thing was a combination of the Mafia angle (they had the motive) in combination with the Smoking Gun evidence that made this American tragedy unfold.

Oswald was a spook btw, or contractor for the CIA if you prefer. He was also involved in the Cuban shite. He lived in New Orleans for a while and had a girlfriend there that wrote a book with old photos that include him etc. He was admittedly a military contractor. He was not a loner at all but a team player. He got cross ways with the spook central over some operation in Mexico, were he failed to deliver some poison laced cigars or something to another agent and was set up to be the fall guy for this shite. No way in hell could he be allowed to talk. Enter Ruby, but dont worry had a dozen ways to get rid of him, heart attack, airplane crash, suicide etc.
The CIA and Mob and Cuban exiles all conspired to kill JFK and his brother for different reasons. The CIA was really pissed over over JFK pulling air support at last minute for bay of pigs disaster which got a lot of operatives killed. Truth is JFK was an kinda an a-hole and a lot of people wanted him gone. Marcello wanted Robert for kidnapping him and they wanted JFK. Johnson wanted to be president Everybody got what they wanted.
Not the first and will not be the last President killed by powers that be. But public will generally believe whatever the frick that is pitched. There is and never was a Russian connection with any of this. He was there on a spook mission. He was a want to be or baby spook and Ruby was a want a be mobster.
