Spent more time in the sun as kids. Video games and the Internet weren't a thing. People cared less about protecting their skin back then with sunscreen. A lot of people smoked. A lot of people were exposed to chemicals and other stuff. A lot more men working blue collar jobs. Being ghey wasn't cool. A lot more people are health conscious, so they eat better foods and exercise.

All those men are in their 20s.

(Rogers died horrifically in a plane fire on the Tarmac at 33)

But they look like they are in their 40s.

I guess a lot of it is old style of clothes. I guess if you put modern clothes on them they'd look younger.

As a whole they didn't have nearly the access to nutrition as have since starting in the 1960's.

The answer is poor nutrition aged them quicker.

I vividly remember riding my bicycle down the road at 10 years old and the sprayer truck going by and getting an insecticide shower. Fun times.

I think its the hairstyles of 60s/70s. Poofy hair, men wearing long hair with facial hair, etc. Combined with the fashion...recipe for disaster.

Young people intentionally trying to look older back then. And older people trying to look younger. Same today, just less of youngs trying to look older.

The prevailing theory is that people didn't drink nearly as much water back then.

They dressed like adults back then. Hairstyles were more conservative.

Julia Dreyfus looked younger in 2015 than she did in 1995

I think it’s perspective of hairstyles and clothing that ages people when looking back

Responsibility ages you. People left home, got jobs, and started families in their teens back then. Most folks have to cut their kids off in their 30’s to get them to put the game controller out of their hands and get out to start a minimum wage job now.
