Most of the ones that I see supporting her believe the husband killed the kids and pushed her out the window. I haven't been following close enough to understand all the evidence that may support this theory, but from what I saw, it has something to do with emails sent from his laptop showing that he was at home at the time of the children's deaths.

Shades of Andrea Yates. PPD is no joke. But sending your husband out and then killing your toddlers smells of premeditation to me. And it seems if she us that bad off, there were would have been other signs and maybe her husband or others would’ve noticed something amiss.

That is not how this works, psycho. He doesn't have to "prove his innocence". He isn't being accused of anything, and it is up to the State to prove guilt not the other way around.
There has been no objective evidence that he is involved in any way.

My favorite argument is he didn't help. Dude worked form home, have family moved in to live with him, hired a nanny, let her quit her job, had the kids in daycares, was involved in her treatment.
But that wasn't involved.
