I think Deuce McAllister's Ole Saint is the very saddest place in NO - Always close to empty with maybe one Vic n Natlie looking couple sadly nursing sugary drinks whilst waiting for their bad food to arrive.

Not really a term, Vic and Nat'ly are comic characters modeled after Ninth Ward residents appearing in the Times Picayune for decades and used in local ad campaigns. They have distinctive old Ninth Ward Y'at accents and attitudes
