This is not meant to be a political post, but I suppose that's mostly the crowd I'm talking about. People on social media, the people that show up to the protests (riots), the pro- and anti-mask people, etc. The amount of hatred they have inside them is terrifying. Screaming at people they've never met that they want their family to be raped and murdered.

They need to replace the fluoride in the water with Xanax. I have no doubt that there's a ton of people out there who would legitimately go on a killing spree if they knew they wouldn't get caught. It seems like people aren't even trying to hide it anymore. I can't fathom wanting someone to die just because they have different views than me.

/rant

TLDR: It'd be great if everyone could get along.

The media has conditioned them to feel that way.

Because people no longer have the sense to absorb information, sit on it for a minute before reacting, and applying reasoning before responding.

Mental illness caused by centuries of being fooled by a small group who want to control. So now we are lonely and ashamed of ourselves and have a hard time connecting with others because of the fear that’s in our DNA. Television, advertisements, b.s. morality being shoved down our throats by religious leaders since the beginning of verbal communication. It all has added up.

Participation Trophies - being praised for doing nothing
Anti-Bullying Movement - can’t say someone stinks without wild repercussions, I hate bully’s but now saying a girl has cooties gets a kid suspended, kids aren’t allowed to get their feelings hurt & work it out amongst themselves
Parents are BFF - kids are treated as mini adults & not like kids, therefore they think they know it all

Meh. We were doing participation trophies when I was a kid (I'm almost 40). That's some revisionist history. IMO is has a lot more to do with helicopter parents who think their kids can do no wrong. And that they never make mistakes.

The PC SJW, participation award culture from the Left and Media have given some the idea that everyone has to agree with their thoughts and feelings. They feel they’re being attacked if anyone has an opinion different than their’s.

I also blame social media and texting for taking away social interaction and socialization skills.

These type of people don't exist in my world.Ive blocked most of them out of my social media feeds. Actually, since the shite show started, Ive stayed off of social media because I know I would say something that I may later regret.

It probably wasn’t long after tho

Goes back to parents trying to treat kids as equals
Then you have the other extreme of parents that work 24/7 to spoil the kid & kid grows up angry needing attention
