I'm aware that Louisiana is a shite hole. Most New Orleans people aren't aware that New Orleans is a shite hole. They think it's the only place that people drink on a thursday.

Outside of the bigger cities like NOLA, BR, and Shreveport the state is not a shithole. If you like hunting and fishing it's a great place to live. If you want to live in a big city, well it sucks balls for sure.

I have never thought Arkansas was better than LA. Still do not. The Conway/central Arkansas areas make West Virginia look like Prague.

Don’t talk that way about Louisiana. Louisiana is stunning and brave.
We are as good as any other state. Probably better than California and Texas for sure.
Our citizenry is smart and well educated.
We have a very fit and diet-conscious culture.
We have a ‘melting pot’ society where each culture brings their best and allows us to form new, unique practices in our society like pretending history wasn’t a thing by taking down mean statues.
Our taxes are spent efficiently by people who are trying to do the right thing.
We have a diverse economic powerhouse in oil and gas and many other industries to rely on whenever O&G fluctuates.
Did I mention that we have some amazing culture?
Our public schools are among the most unique.
Our beaches are a sight to behold.
No other state allows you to hunt and fish but Louisiana does.
No other state has good food or things like seasoning. None of them.
The roadsides are well-maintained and free of litter/dead animal carcasses.
We are as good as any other state. Probably better than California and Texas for sure.

My wife went to elementary school in Kenai, AK, and got called the N word on a daily basis. She is of Italian descent and has olive skin, but she was the darkest person in her class so that is what she got called by all her classmates.
