While I don't doubt the protests have helped spread the virus, you tell me which one of the below have spread the virus more: Kid Rock's honky Tonk or BLM protest?
You are either joking or fake news.

Ah, yes, the ol' "fake news." Care to expand on your thoughts? I do not deny the protests are spreading the virus. I do not deny the bars are spreading the virus. I do believe that locally here in Nashville that one group is more responsible than the other for the spread, so if you want to point fingers, let's point them in all directions.
FTR, I think the covid thing is overblown anyways. While local cases are going up since Memorial Day, hospitalizations are staying level and even declining.

No one is saying the spike might be due to the more logical reason, thousands of people marching with in inches of each other for days.
No that's okay. The virus doesn't spread during riots and looting.

I can see why there are spikes in cities like Houston after Memorial Day. I took a picture of downtown Houston Memorial Day and it seems as though no one was considering the safety of others and COVID.

You serious Clark?
You think one place with a bunch of people is going to spread a virus more than 100's of places across the US with a bunch of people gathering? Are you stupid or just dumb as frick?

Because... there is a spike of rona after Memorial Day.
Now, that doesn't mean Memorial Day caused the spike in rona. But, what they are saying is technically correct.

Not really, because they kept saying there was spike from Memorial Day and not since Memorial Day.

I was responding based on your thread title.
Yes, if they are saying it's from / due to Memorial Day, that's stupid.

Sure. Your picture depicting the protest is not a representation of all protests, some of which can be seen to be just as packed as the concert you posted. You were being selective in the pictures you chose to make your point, it’s the very essence of fake news -start with the narrative, of then provide facts.
Further, these protests are a national event spanning every major city that had well over a million participants (there was even one in Abita Springs, LA which has about 19 ppl), whereas the concert you posted was an isolated even, presumably, not a nationwide calling of to gather in the streets.

The media has condemned activities promoting the spread, while ignoring or even endorsing the protests as action in favor of public health. I’m pointing fingers at bullshite and you should too.

So you think the COVID thing might be...fake news?
