You sure he didn’t just have a “typo”? I hear those are common around these parts.

How off is a guy that says only 70 people per year die in car accidents in the US? I don’t math good.

Just so we’re all clear, the above stance makes you in favor of social distancing and shelter in place orders every year during flu season.

It also puts you in favor of removing the right to operate a motor vehicle from anyone not deemed to have an essential reason for doing so.

The people in this thread are generally soyboys and Karen’s. This was a huge overreaction.

Imagine thinking that in a span of three weeks every year, 38k Americans die from the flu or car accidents.

Just so we're all clear, that's you.

Let’s all try in be honest here is all bullshite when it happens to other people, and really terrible bullshite when it happens to someone else and greatly inconveniences you or cost you your job. It’s really bad when one of your friends or relatives gets really sick or dies.

He’s harping on something I mistyped (and corrected with an edit) about a month ago. This is like the 4th or 5th thread he’s brought it up. Huge dub for him.

Imagine melting for an entire thread about people not being more sympathetic instead of opposed to significantly altering their way of life because 38,000 people died, then attempting to side step it this badly when called out.

That would be you. Better make one last toilet paper run for the upcoming flu season before leave the keys in your unlocked car so it can be taken away to be destroyed.

What else do you want me to have? Wouldn’t want to increase the risk of another “typo” by making you type more than the bare minimum.

I'm not concerned about your sympathy. I'm curious about your ignorance and that of those like you. You'd be embarrassed if you didn't have equally ignorant, like-minded people to echo your stupidity back to you.

It's laughably idiotic to make the post you made and you deserve all of the ridicule you're getting for it. Don't be a woman about it.

Yep. People mistype “70” instead of “35000” all the time.

With multiple edits.

After being called out on it.

At least OP was man enough to admit he was wrong instead of attempting to bitch out behind “typo”

Only when I happen to see another one of your “substantive arguments” calling out someone else over a mistake in a thread. If it’s happened that often, what does that say about you?

Well a lot of jobs won’t be there anymore because of fear mongering bullshite. Tell us how you feel about those people.

This thread is nothing other than the poly board in disguise.

Why do some insist on making every fricking thing political?

Stupid, narrow minded people.

“How stupid do you have to be to see 38k deaths in three weeks as "not that bad?"”

“38k and counting isn't something that normal people just shrug off.”

“They do when they're selfish assholes.”

“That isn't what I said. If you treat 38k deaths as no big deal because you can't provide for your family, you're a selfish a-hole.”

Maybe buy some memory training games for your upcoming shelter in place later this year.

I'm curious about your ignorance and that of those like you.

You’re doing an awful lot of whining about people being selfish assholes for someone that’s “curious”

quote:

You'd be embarrassed if you didn't have equally ignorant, like-minded people to echo your stupidity back to you.

Why would I be embarrassed for accurately pointing out the hypocrisy in your unwillingness to play your part in saving the lives of 38,000 people?

quote:

It's laughably idiotic to make the post you made

Only if you admit to sheltering in place during flu season for the rest of your life, and never driving a car again. Otherwise it’s incredibly correct.

quote:

you deserve all of the ridicule you're getting for it.

The only one ridiculing me is the “curious” guy that can’t stop calling people selfish assholes in a thread where he proudly displayed his hypocrisy.

quote:

Don't be a woman about it.

You mean the kind of woman that freaks out when called out on his hypocrisy like you? Ok, Karen.
