We went to my super rich aunt's house Thanksgiving one year. She caters the whole thing and hires servers and everyone dresses up. She gets all the fancy china and crystal out and really goes all out.
It was a foreign concept to me since I grew up poor, but it made her happy. I wouldn't want to do that every year, but it was kinda cool. What sucks is dinner was served around 1, and everyone stays dressed up into the night because she then hosts a small cocktail party.
