Kids are annoying as hell these days.

Why would they be any more annoying these days than days past?

It should read "too many parents don't raise their kids right these days"

This statement is one of reeking insecurity, doubt, or naivety.

It’s ok if you aren’t married, it’s ok if your considering the priesthood or a religious vow, it’s ok if you are scared you won’t find a wife, it’s ok if your scared about finances.

The argument you are making is not.

I think my kids will be better than I am and will help make this country a better place.

The reason the world is the way it is, is because the white trash and thugs keep popping out kids while the successful people have1 or 2 or less kids or even none because they’re selfish and don’t want to give us their lifestyle

We had a baby 6 months ago, and I’d be lying if I said the trajectory of the world doesn’t concern me as far as she’s concerned. But she’s an amazing gift and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. We will do our best to raise her right and maybe, hopefully, she’ll do some small or large part to make things better.

Where are my fellow millennials at that have no intentions of ever having kids? 33 and still going strong here.. it's not even so much the world as it is today as I just don't really think I want kids regardless but that is what I am using as the excuse.
Thats their plan. Discourage the part of the population who would make humans(republicans) who will contribute to society. While the democrats multiply like roaches.

More people need to be reproducing who aren’t.

They are busy paying taxes for the people with 10 babies out of wedlock.

We’re 28 and been teetering on the fence for a couple years now. Would like to build up our savings more. OP has a point with trajectory of society.

But yea we will have them, raise them right, and hopefully do our part to neutralize the trash

I pay a shite ton of taxes and wouldn’t change a thing.

Best piece advice that I was given, “You’ll never be ready enough nor have enough money for them”.

You think having kids in the Middle Ages was a more promising and optimistic prospect?

I was 33 and didn't want kids. When I was almost 40 I finally realized that I did want them. Had my son shortly after that. Wish I hadn't waited so long, but it is what it is. If I had started earlier I might have had more than one and I do kinda regret that.

The best days may be ahead if we raise our children right and pass down knowledge, wisdom, and useable skills. The good ones can rule over the losers.

Not if the losers are reproducing faster, courtesy of your tax dollars and a benevolent federal government.

I know people who never had kids. They have lots of money.

My last is in college...no regrets, but I don't think it's a slam dunk decision and it's not for everyone.

My wife is 17 weeks pregnant with our first. Don’t care about what’s going on in the world. Going to do our thing and enjoy life.
