Tim Kennedy is fricking Ranger and UFC fighter and hes gotten fricked up by other fighters. So this is a dumb question.

Considering most seals are 6ft and under in height and 210lbs and under in weight...
Pro Fighter.
Pro Fighter.

Most likely a SEAL if it is street fight.

Does the SEAL know the other guy is a pro fighter?
If so, the SEAL improvises with a bottle, pool cue or trash can lid.
If not, pro smashes.

If that were true the upper echelon of MMA fighters would be full of former SEALs.

Love Jocko. Solid dude when he was with the Teams. His jits is top shelf. I train in BJJ too and follow his podcasts. He's a bad dude.
To the OP's question, a pro fighter would probably take a SEAL. SEAL's do train a lot if close quarters stuff but not anywhere near the level of a pro fighter.

This is a factor nobody is considering, SEALs are all over the map in terms of physical attributes, shortest SEAL so far was 5 feet 0 at like 115-120lbs average is around 5'10" 175lbs a lot different from the movie stereotype. They actually started recruiting at iron man and extreme sports competition to try to get people more suited for their training and mission profiles, they were being overrun with linebacker, bodybuilder, and MMA types.

There really is no standard for a SEAL. It's all about the mental game. It might be a little beneficial to not be scared of a pool but if you can handle extreme stress and push past any physical limitations that you think you have, you can make it through BUD/S.

Apparently a highly trained navy seal would get arse beat by a mma pro, but a Russian truck driver will beat that pro's arse.

Honestly I think the SEAL wins because they are trained to kill.
An MMA fighter may know all of the kill moves as well but he is trained to have pause when it comes to using those moves.
The SEAL wins with a fatality and then he goes to prison.
