Who wears jeans these day? Why? Heck I wear Khaki shorts to church.

If too cold khaki long pants for church or warmups(running pants) for anything else. Hot weather shorts all day. Jeans? Why?

My jeans are comfy. They're better for times when I need to go out to a work site. Sometimes I prefer the look over khakis. Why do you care?

Hate wearing Jeans but my entire office wears jeans everyday. If you come in Khakis you'll hear about being dressed up all dang day.

Working outside--summer is short-sleeved Dickies coveralls and when it cools off, overalls. When it's below 80 and I'm outside, I'm most likely in overalls.

I hate wearing cheap, and uncomfortable clothes that don’t fit me of any kind, and those tend to not last very long either. That’s why I tend to purchase better quality and fitting jeans, khakis, etc. I love jeans. I just don’t like the kind that don’t fit or make me uncomfortable. Not all jeans are equal.

What OP is really trying to admit to is his insecurity of dressing like a 10 year old when all of his wife’s friend's husbands dress like normal men and don’t want to hang out with the guy in shorts.

I live by one simple rule, no long pants from 1 Mar to 30 Sep. Only poors have to wear pants.
