I think Himmler was a more appropriate level of evil that would allow him to rise in any evil society though.

Hitler was skilled at drawing architecture, but that’s really about it. When asked to draw a person or some abstract form of art, his drawings weren’t good. It’s why multiple people told Hitler that he should be an architect and not an artist.

He and Himmler were besties in the early days. One of the reasons it is speculated that he had a hand in taking Röhm out is that Himmler wanted to cover up his own pedo issues. Then he over-compensated with all of his womanizing, but if you closely examine the way the SS was built and structured under him, the deviancy comes back out IMO.
