This whole back and forth on the mask advisory, depending on the organization, is why I roll my eyes when people use the term "the science" as some infallible argument-ender.

It seems to me most people incorrectly assumed all science and doctors beleive masks help

Assholes like JBE who were wrong about masks and tried to force us to do it, and caused untold amounts of money to be wasted on masks, while the rest of us knew they were wrong, should have to pay for this somehow.

I doubt that's why you started the thread, but ok. Reading the first page will tell you that many assumed this was new information.
I was also referring to Fox posting / publishing this now. It was posted when it originally was announced by the WHO. News organizations don't usually republish articles from months ago with no new information. It just doesn't make sense.
