Hogan and undertaker are no brainers.
The other 2 would come out of a group of hhh, Shawn Michaels, the rock, John cena and Brett hart.
Since this is a WWE Mount Rushmore, and not wrestling in general, I think ric flair slightly misses the cut as a lot of his success came outside of wwf/e. Macho man was always overshadowed by hogan. I don't think Austin had the longevity, same thing for ultimate warrior.

The rock is a wild card. He absolutely is the biggest star ever produced, but he's more of a movie star than a wrestler, and has been for years. His ring accomplishments pale in comparison to the other guys.
