Lewis Black. Yes. I know he’s a Trotskyite. But, I still think that if The Donald had a Boris Johnson sense of humor, he’d have made Black press secretary.

Bill Burr, Norm, and Brian Regan. But Regan has to be seen. He doesn’t translate as well audio only.

Jimmy Norton

My buddy Jim Norton is my favorite.

A funny story...I was in NYC a year and a half ago and Jim was trying out new material at The Fat Black Pussycat. It was only $5 to go see him so me and my friend Tiffany went to see him.

The venue was tiny...maybe 50 people and Tiff and I were a few feet away from the stage. Jim has talked about my story on Opie and Anthony and I have seen him several times and we are friends.

Before the show I said hey to him so he knew I was there.

At the end of the set he was doing crowd work and he asked the crowd, "What kind of porn do you like? "

My friend Tiffany yelled out "Anal!"

Jim looked at her and said, "ma'am do you know who you are sitting next to? That's my friend Jody...and when Jody was young... (he looked at me) Do you mind if I tell them...."

My friend Tiffany kept apologizin but I assured her it was okay. For Jim to be that quick amazed me. He is truly one of the best.

Speaking of dead comedians, I liked John Pinnette and Richard Jeni, both of which are dead.

As for current comedians, Bill Burr and Doug Stanhope stand out for me.

Chris D’elia is my favorite comedian. His stand ups aren’t as funny as his podcast and other content though.

Ok. So wtf is “your story”?

And your friend Tiff sounds like a cool chick. Is she really into anal? Sounds like a genuine unicorn...a chick that wants anal.
