I always liked, what some people call "black humor".

When is a black dog not a black dog?
When it's a greyhound.

Dane Cook

Can't believe 8 pages in and he gets no mention. Harmful if Swallowed and Retaliation are incredible, the bit about the BK lounge, pure gold.

Andrew Dice Clay

The Day the Laughter Died is probably the best comedy album of all time.

That’s because he is a plagiarizing hack whose specialty is yelling and running around on stage like he is on meth.

Despite where he finds himself now Cosby was one of the all time greats along with Carlin and Pryor...but

John Mulaney is the funniest comic in America right now.
I went to his Kid Gorgeous show in Boston, and it was fantastic. I have to say, he had me laughing more uproariously than when I went to see Seinfeld a few months later.

Harris Wittels had a recurring bit on the CBB podcast in which he would read funny thoughts that he'd put in the notes section on his phone that weren't developed enough to be jokes for his shows or even for Twitter.....start with this playlist of 20 videos if you just want a quick sample of his goofy sense of humor. It's called "Harris's Phone Corner" which eventually turned into "Harris's Foam Corner" and was always groan-worthy but some good banter in there (some of his best stuff is right in the middle, so you just have to watch all of the videos)

Kyle Kinane is great. Especially the story of the cop joining the party

Or the story of him hooking up with the underage girl with brain trauma. That shite was hilarious!

Ah we were there two days before you.

Max Silvestri - he really was very, very good. Similar style delivery to John.

John's bit about school assembly had me absolutely dying. Such an incredible show. I had high expectations and he didn't disappoint.

Tom Segura
Hannibal Burress

I definitely liked the one Tosh standup I've seen. Tom Segura is probably my favorite current comedian
