I have my dating story about her. It's just a joke. But we worked out at the same time in the morning at the rec for a few weeks one semester. Was very few people there that early. I got smiles and good mornings from her a few times. So yea I tell everyone we dated.

Played golf in a foursome with Bill Fitch. Someone said he used to coach for the Rockets which wasn't that impressive. Really down to earth, nice guy. When I got home and Googled who he was I was shocked. He coached the Celtics to an NBA Championship.

Was in san diego 2 summers ago. Me and family went to a sushi restaurant and we sat side by side next to Pierre Thomas, Sproles, and Lance Moore. Moore had a fine arse girl with him. Sproles is one short dude
They were really cool and pretty sure sproles was talking shite about eagles and Moore (who was on Pit steelers) was talking about Big Ben and how no one can bring that big M'fkr down. Cool dinner

I used to be in the music business so I've met/worked with quite a few "celebs".... from Garth Brooks to George Jones. I have some interesting stories I could tell...

FWIW, he starts his book off about what an a-hole he was when he was drinking.
That was pretty candid, IMO.

Before he became famous, I got to hang out at practice one day with Dick Vitale when he was the coach at the University of Detroit somewhere around 1975. My dad had some kind of project going with him and he took me to practice and Vitale was almost like a cartoon character with huge eyeglasses, white tube socks up to his knees and those awful coaching shorts from that time that had about a three inch wide elastic band that came up to the belly. He was cool and gave us tickets to the game the following evening and let us go to the locker room to get all the players autographs on the program, which Seemed like a big deal to a 10 year old kid. Also, the tickets he gave us were right behind tickets he had given to Brooks Robinson, so I got his autograph on the same program.

No crazy stories about George. He was a funny, forthright kind of man who wasn't afraid to say what was on his mind... that's for sure. Rode with him one time to some pancake house in his Lexus with "Possum1" plates:)
Hank Jr.... I have stories:)

I shook hands and chatted briefly with Floyd Paterson. His hand was as hard as a rock. He was with Willie Pastrano at Pat O'Brien's Main Bar. This would have been around 1974-75ish.

10 years or so ago, I was taking a piss in a urinal at the Operyland Hotel. Two guys come in and start talking high level baseball while using the urinals beside me. Nothing unusual, but I then recognize them as Bobby Cox and Ned Yost. I just interrupted them and said no one will believe me. Come to find out, MLB was holding there winter meetings there.
