I guess I don’t remember the 80’s as much as I thought.

You might be the first person in the entire history of the world to draw a comparison b/w Molly Ringwald and James Dean.
Dont be ‘that guy’… You know very well that i wasnt comparing them in terms of talent, or importance, or even influence… i was simply saying that both only made three movies, for all intents and purposes, that mean something and that completely dominated a decade, and as a result imprinted themselves on a particular decade unlike anyone else in history.

Yes.
But first acting credit is 21 Jump Street in ‘87. So it counts
Yeah but seems he was all over MTV in the 80s too.

Solid.. even though both Arnold and Eddie had continued success in the 90s, both definitely made their first and arguably biggest mark in the 80s.
As for yall who are saying Tyson or Pauly Shore- both made their biggest splashes in the early 90s, not even that debatable .

For me:
Ronald Reagan, Joe Montana, Axl Rose, KITT
I would have Michael Jackson before Axl Rose, but 1- I like GNR music better; 2- Don't need pedos on Mt. Rushmore.

Uh, no. Paula Shore doesn’t belong on any Mount Rushmore list, I don’t care what decade.
Mike Tyson 100% was a HUGE 80’s icon. He became the youngest heavyweight champion in ‘87.
