The final shows back in the states are making people even more frantic. She hasn't played a show in the US since last August and since then, released another album and has added some of that to the show. With only 9 more shows in the US of the biggest tour of all time, these prices and this demand are something that's never really been seen before.

I wouldn't bet on that.

I know someone who flew to the Netherlands to watch her because it was cheaper.

If the tickets cost that much, it isn't worth attending.

One of my nephews and his wife are heading to England soon and while there, they are taking in a TS concert. Not sure if that is the main reason they are going or if it was just coincidental.

Either way, I'm sure the tickets for the England show are similarly priced as the U.S. tour tickets---------------and that is INSANE.

I detoured from London to Switzerland during my trip:
Flights from London to Switzerland
A pair of concert tickets
My hotel stay
Food & drinks
Transportation around Zurich
Travel to Interlaken and back

Combined for less than a single resale ticket...

I can at least understand doing something like this if I already had a trip planned and had a free date on my itinerary. The person I know specifically planned a trip overseas with a Taylor Swift concert as the primary purpose.

Damn you’re so edgy. I think I speak for the entire OT when I say we are incredibly impressed.

Truth hurts.

I'd sell it if one were given to me. Feel better?

Some friends of mine took their daughter to see her in London b/c it was they only tickets they could find.. They then turned it into a 2 week long European vacation .. Guess it wasn't all that bad..

Dang, inflation hit hard in the mid 70s. Same tickets in '76 were $7. What a rip.

Think I paid $12.50 for tickets to the Texxas Jam in 1978. I thought that was through the roof.

My oldest is almost 13, she is dying to go, she is a huge fan. I hope to make it happen for her. Hoping they go down, closer it gets, but I doubt that.

NO artist, especially that hack Taylor Swift is worth 2 grand a ticket. None. And I am a huge music fan.

Heard lots of people have done that with their family; decided to turn it into a weeklong eurotrip

While I'm not a fan of her music.. You don't get to be worth 1.3 billion by being a hack
