Just got back from Buenos Aires. Quick trip and small sample size (spent one day/night in Palermo Soho) but I was expecting a lot better looking women. Several 8/9s but tons of unattractive women.
Locals we spoke with all complained about Argentina women's looks and craziness.
Buenos Aires was nice though
