Gotta work wed-fri then off for another 4 day weekend. Chose to not take any vacation days cause we will be dead those three days

Had vacation time I had to use or lose, so took off the last 2 weeks of the year. Have done this for years.

I could be but prefer to get paid. I work, I get paid. No work, no pay. Seems reasonable to me.
