NYE is the most overrated "holiday" there is. I'm actually gonna be pissed when they stop playing the CFP on NYE. I like having that to watch.

I agree. I never stay up for midnight. Can't remember the last time I did. I honestly think the last time I stayed up until midnight for New Year's was in 2009 when I was in Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl

Same with 4th of July fireworks

I like setting off my own fireworks, going to a baseball game and cooking out on 4th of July. But watching other fireworks shows. It's the same exact shite every year. Once you have seen one fireworks show you've seen it a million times plus having to deal with bugs, mosquitos, humidity.

No plans here and I'm perfectly fine with that. Watching football, pregnant wife's relaxing on the couch, and the youngest is already asleep. However we had a good day, with plenty of good food, drink, and football.

The wife and i are visiting at my wife's cousin's house in Denver. I'd be perfectly happy just hanging out for the night but we are getting ready to go out bar hopping. I would rather chill tonight.

My wife and I stayed in and grilled a couple of steaks. Bout to do naughty things and call it a night... Being in the second week of marriage has its perks. She wants it harder than OSU is getting it.

Haven't cared about New Years since I got married. It's even too rainy to shoot fireworks with the kids.

Watching Clemson obliterate Ohio U.

Went out earlier but we came home, wife is sick fighting a cold and wasn't feeling it. Don't care, going to bed after game and hopefully going fishing tomorrow if the rains holds. Can't believe the amount of people in the back of our neighborhood that are out shooting fireworks off in the pouring rain tonight. Thought we would have a quiet peaceful night.

My wife's birthday is New Year's Day, and she usually works NYE till about 11. So I like to either have a nice bottle of champagne ready with two glasses poured, or take her out somewhere while the ball drops and shove my tongue down her throat.

The July 2012 Cosmo said this was one of "The 50 best ways to Set Your Marriage On Fire!"

If I do go to a "fireworks show" it will be for the 4th, but its usually not specifically for fireworks. Right now it is raining outside and people are shooting fireworks all around me. Some people love that shite.. But yeah, its not really that exciting... its fireworks. Someone lights them and fire will pop out.. in different fashions depending on the type that is being shot..
