My family always pronounced them VY-ehna. (First part rhymes with eye).

This. Plus the only way I could eat them was as pigs-in-a-blanket; enclosing in a rolled out canned biscuit, with lots of mustard.

Nope. But it does make for good catfish bait in a pinch. My grandmother used to keep that and SPAM in the boat and RV on fishing trips. I always opted for the peanut butter & jelly/jam.

Its a hunting and fishing staple. With the monteryjack pepper cheese crackers and a RwaC cola, money.

Yep. Used to cut them in half and make a sandwich out of them with two slices of white bread and some Jack Miller's BBQ sauce.

Healthy version for adults. Tastes like the original with half the salt and fat.

I eat it about once every 3 years with some crackers. It cleans me out.

Uh, everyone.

Hell I found a can in the back the pantry a couple years ago. It looked pre-cell phone age. I ate the shite out of those weeners

My first experience with Vienna Sausage was watching my grandparents feed it to their Siberian Husky. Never really gave it a try after seeing that.
