Speaking of roasts, Jeff Ross looks like he eats three a day and is awful.
He might be a little bit of a tired act now, but when he was basically unknown and he did that Emmitt Smith roast he was hilarious.

Gilbert Gottfried (RIP) is in contention as well. His voice is one of the most annoying sounds I’ve ever heard.
Thanks for letting us know in the OP that your opinion should be ignored.

I figured it out. Hannah Gadsby. According to its Wikipedia, the topics it discusses include Art history, homophobia, mental illness, adhd, and autism. All the media outlets raved about how great this “new style” of comedy was when it came out. It’s definitely a joke, just not how they want it to be

But you made me think of who I might consider the WOAT….Lisa Lampanelly.
You mean to tell me that constantly referring to having black dicks in your vagina isn't funny to you?

I’m with him. He was a performance artist. Not a comedian.
He wasn't a "Stand-up" comedian.
Neither is Bill Murray.
That doesn't mean they aren't comedians.

Her one woman show, "Jerry Seinfeld is the devil," wasn't half bad

Trevor Noah easily. Not one thing is funny about this person, not a facial expression, voice inflection, actual words, nothing. That recent Daily Show promo where he's on an elevator saying something about cheese, then just stands there, looks around, and says "cheeeese"...I feel like I'm in some alternative reality when I see him

Only female standup I like is Anjelah Johnson.
As far as guys, there’s one I’ve never found funny In standup and it makes me feel guilty to even say it.

Jerry Seinfeld
Love his show but his material straight up blows. It’s bizarre.

Kaufman was not a comedian. He was a song and dance man.

Comedy is entirely subjective. There is no actual answer to your question.
I get what you’re saying but Amy Schumer, Dane Cook, and a few others just aren’t funny.
I recently listened to Nikki Glasser on the Ryen Russillo podcast and while I’ve never heard her standup, if it’s anything like her interview with him, she’s got to be up there.
