Watching his stand up is Theo at half strength imo.
We saw him Lafayette a few years back, and although it was good, his best attribute is his quirky replies/tangents that he goes off on during podcasts.

Me and my younger brother are going tonight! Gonna tailgate at The Pastime.

When he was done with road rules he came back to LSU or at least lived at Cambridge in tiger land above some friends. Woke him up and made him drink tequila because he was being a pussy and in bed on his birthday. That’s all I got.

Only mishap was Theo threw a little fit about people yelling halfway through the show. Not even a heckler, but asking someone in the front row a question and getting 5 different answers thrown at him from the audience. It killed the vibe and threw him off for 2 or 3 minutes but he got back into his stride. He apologized towards the end because it did get weird for a bit.
Something similar last night in BR…. Simone kept saying something in his transitions and it completely fricked us his rhythm When he got back going he was great but it kept happening and got a bit odd as he became frustrated

Yea some people are so oblivious to social cues. Was at the show last night and a comedy show in Austin a while back. Gets annoying when the comedians are having to tell people to shut up and they just continue on

The best standups roll with it. They have the mic and will always be louder. They shouldn't be thrown off by an obnoxious drunk or a heckler. It also falls on the club and security.

I think in a club setting he would’ve probably rolled with it better… in a Larger theatre it just screwed up his timing and while he probably usually gets it rolling again , he had issues last night and acknowledged it.. sucks when a few people don’t realize what their doing or just don’t care.

He was at the Mardi Gras Mambo run this morning. Didn’t seem like he wanted to talk to anyone.

His stand up isn’t very funny.

I had a good time at his show. Was funny and nobody heckled him at the show I went to. The show went by fast to me too, but Theo did his thing for an hour. Had 3 openers and they all went for about an hour total. They weren’t bad.
