Suburbanites in general are the worst. Between their snobbiness and tyrannical HOAs and general suckage as human beings it makes me want to punch them

The guy in the video clearly wasn't just "loitering about". He was doing his job.

My white girlfriend was at an estate sale two weeks ago. The owners left and told her and her mother they could have whatever else was left on the porch.. so they went sorting through it with permission.. and the neighbor took pictures of them and called the police.

They had no idea of this and before they knew it they had police with guns drawn on them.. they had to show the police their receipt of some of their purchases then had to try and call the owner to verify things..

Some neighbors can't really access the situation correctly and should probably mind their business. It's not always a black and white thing.. Although this very much looks to be a racial thing considering the woman kept saying hurry up.. even when the police said it was okay. She did not want him there.

Correct. Let's all remember we're now living in the age of "see something, say something". Maybe she just did what our culture now dictates.

If I were black i'd be suspicious of any white person in Memphis. That's like seeing a giraffe at the North Pole

Good for the cops and the man.

But here's my issue. I've been told that every damn thing under the sun is racist one way or the other, that when in this case it really might be I am so jaded I'm just like meh.

Interesting way to look at it, and I agree.

Not saying this isn’t just some loon calling on a guy doing his job, but we hear it all over the news time and time again when some large scale incident happens that persons A and/or B saw something but didn’t say anything for fear of being “that guy.”

If you’re rational, the whole “why would you even call the police?” question is usually answered.

I gotta say, I think it's pretty funny when black people get the cops called on them for what white people think is them breaking into a house. It really came to my attention with the Henry Louis Gates incident. "I know President Obama!" That was some funny shite.

That may be, but once they stated their purpose, that should be enough and given the same treatment you would give a white person who was loitering about.

Yeah. She should have walked away. He was able to produced documentation as to him being there. Should have been then end of it. She's pretty shitty.

If their neighborhood has one of the signs, I don’t think anybody from any side should be surprised.

And they lived on the last house on the right.

And I have the 45 record from PS to prove it.

OP left off the picture of the white lady, Gladys Kravitz.

Speak up if you know who she was without googling her.
