When this was posted here yesterday , the story was the gun was left in that destroyed police vehicle and that kid reached in and grabbed it just before that dude disarmed him.

This video was posted 100 times yesterday. He took it from a burning police car. There is a different video from another angle showing this.

All of this. Without any sort of facts and just the snippet of video, we have no idea what's going on. Hell the guy is already open carrying his own tactical rifle.
