20 years ago it was racist because blacks weren't in enough commercials. Now, they're in the ones that cause more problems. You just cant win!

Wow. So stuffing your face with fast food until you become obese and have to sleep with a CPAP machine is someone else's fault.

I'm beginning to think the USSR actually won the cold war.

The best weight loss plans I have ever had didn't have expensive foods. It was exercise, lean meat and portion control meals, and water.

If you set out to intentionally destroy the black race you couldn’t do a better job than they already do to themselves, unintentionally. I think it started when getting an education and speaking proper English was deemed “acting white.” Now if you eat food that doesn’t come from a bag or a box it’s “eating white.”

Today’s Goop-lacquered definition of healthy eating has made it de rigueur to guzzle $9 bottles of cold-pressed kale juice or chug hydrogen-infused water.

I've literally never heard of this. This shows you just how much these writers live in their NYC and LA bubbles.

Also, how do you infuse hydrogen into H20? Isn't that heavy water? The same shite they use in nuclear reactors?

I’m sure if you ask a black dude who’s winning that person would probably say not this black dude.

Mexican food is for Hispanic people, unless you’re an overweight white woman from Hammond.

And that healthier food lifestyle doesn’t have to look white.

“African-Americans might say, ‘I don’t want to eat like white people,’ said Ben-Yehuda.

Good lord, where the hell do they find these people?

This article is so focused on the food itself but does not take into account the lack of exercise as well
