I honestly think the best answer to this is the one above. Use a forklift/front end loader to pick them up, drive them to the side of the highway and dump them. Then leave.

How long does it take concrete to set in a barrel like that? They can't be stuck if they just poured in the cement when they got to the site they picked out to do this?

If I was in a car stacked up because of these idiots I would literally get out and piss on them. stand more than arms/leg length away from them and just piss all over them. what could they do? after all, they are pissing on society by causing thousands of people to miss work/have access to hospitals, etc...

Screw that... your "free speech" ends when it begins to affect my morning commute to work. Not to mention the emergency vehicle and workers they both held up going to legitimate emergencies and that were used trying to deal with their sorry, pathetic little asses.
