I assume someone operates the office gym. If you really care that much, contact that person with a complaint about people admitting friends who don't work there.
Don't run up on them and call the cops. If nothing else, cops have real work and don't need to play mediator about your office gym policies.

You can’t hold the door open and let in multiple people in at once whether they are members or not. Each person has to scan their own key fob. I don't know if it was a police matter (but can't remember what those self entry gyms policy are after hours), but is it racist to expect blacks to follow same rules as whites or any other race?
I remember in high school having white friends who hadn't paid trying to eat from others' plates who had all you can eat buffet getting called out and kicked out with zero fracks given for them being treated this way (might have actually gotten in trouble with their parents had they made a big deal of it). The friends also came back and paid and followed the rules the next time we all went.
White, black, green, or whatever I dislike people who constantly bend and take advantage of the rules that are 99% of the people follow. I understand mistakes, accidents, learning opportunities, or even in similar situation to OP actually being a member but forgetting key fob once with someone who knows you letting you in, but I am talking about the people who do it it almost every situation. If they play victim knowing they were actually doing something wrong one time or many times they also suck as humans.
All that other crap in MN is serving to reinforce many people thinking stronger police actions are needed. They are creating what they are "protesting". The elite protesters go home after while the residents have to deal with the crap they made.
