Informative video. I never realized standardized test were racist. Didn't know we had a pipeline in schools that shipped people of color to prison. I guess the shortened life span disadvantage has zero to do with lifestyle. At least there was a happy ending--Affirmative Action now discriminates against white people and has made the playing field more equal. Still can't understand why Affirmative Action isn't there to help white people in professional sports.

It's not that they should know their place, they should just contribute to their own well being. With that, comes being responsible and not live a certain type of life that praises a culture that leads to destruction then blaming the white man for their own demise, the excuses are tired and old.

Black people hate themselves, their fathers walk out on their families at a much higher rate than any other race..they kill each at other at higher levels than all other race.
In the past thirty years the black family has digressed to a truly sad state. Now they have to blame every one else but themselves.
I know quit a few succesfull black men, and they all have one thing in common, a strong black father who taught them right, and taught them not to make excuses.
And the white losers and the black losers I know have one thing in common, a broken home and or a weakass father who doesn't give a shite.
So sick of this racial bullshite, it's all to hide the true fact that the utopia the democrats promise with their policies are mostly the cause for this.

We were just about to hire a black guy, but on his last interview he failed a math test, so it was a no..

Of course it is. Isn't it the best man for the job regardless of race? It's nobody's business why they didn't hire him, obviously it was due to his math test, but people will see color regardless. The bar is set, if you can't meet it, then you don't get the job. Period. Reminds me of the military and wanting the inclusion of women in the Navy Seals and watering down the test so they could pass. That's all this society is doing is watering down the bar to let the less qualified get a free pass in the name of "political correctness".
