Many don't want to hire blacks. Same reason housing and job vacancies are suddenly filled when blacks show up in person.

Well yeah, when certain names are associated with ignorance, low class, and poor education and cultural values then people aren't going to hire that person. Names like "Candy" and "Tammy" and other white trash names will get the same treatment.
