Wonderman isn't a bad choice, already "undead" superpowerful energy being and while in human looking mode, his skin is impenetrable.
But I'd take Gladiator just to skip the infestation entirely. Or have it vaporized.

I don't see how Wolverine could be infected.

The answer is Phoenix. Preferably when Cyclops had it, and not when Jean Grey had it because that's ghey.

I'm going Iceman, just to be different. Zombies can't take cold and when I go to ice form, I'd be totally protected. Freeze them all that and then break them apart.
