It's saying the federal govt taxes DC citizens without giving DC representation in Congress.

It's crazy they put a political stance on their standard issue plates, but thats DC.

The crazy thing about Wyoming plates is that they change them every 8ish years. The one before the current one was also pretty great if I recall correctly.

I was always liked their standard plate. Liked the plates from Montana listed earlier.

They say it because they're not represented in congress even though congress runs the city. It was set up like that on purpose but the democrats want to be able to consolidate more power so they use this as an excuse to get it.
